Government agencies with statutory roles enabling them to request data from us includes, but is not restricted to, the Police, the Inland Revenue Department and the Ministry of Economic Development. 2. Emails

2.1 It is our policy to send you any email you elect to receive, in addition to customary business communications (payment confirmations, etc.). Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any customers from any mailing list upon the customer’s request.

2.2 In addition, we will send newsletters and other communications to customers. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the customer can remove themselves from that mailing list.

2.3 We occasionally use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, however if you no longer wish to receive these emails you may opt out as per our newsletter. If you have voluntary feedback we encourage you to email hello@outofoffice.co.nz.

3. Customer Booking

3.1 Our site's booking process form requires you to provide us contact information. We may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our affiliated partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.
